Booking starts from Saturday , 16H00 to following Saturday , 10H00.
Deposit: 25% of the total amount of the stay
Balance-due received on the day of arrival at La Bastide Saint-Martin.
At your request we?ll send you a booking contract and your reservation will be confirmed when getting back the contract together with the payment of the deposit..( 25 % of the total amount).
For short stays ( less than one week) , the payment of the total cost of the stay will be required on the day of reservation.
Our rates are inclusive of the consumption of water and electricity, insurances and local taxes. Sheets are provided except for short stays.
Pets are accepted except during the high-peak-season , from 12/07/08 to 23/08/08.
A 400 euros deposit will be required on your arrival to be refunded to you by the end of your stay?.But, outgoing tenants are liable for all dilapidations.
The apartment should be left clean and tidy , otherwise, a 35 euros housework fee would be charged to you.
On week-ends, bookings start from Friday 14H00 to Sunday 19H00.
